DXDL-500Qchain-driven packaging machine is our newly-developed pneumatic chain-driven packaging machine, and is characterized by the most advanced PLC control man-machine interface touch screen and imported pneumatic elements, stepless speed regulation, simple operation, small noise, and more stable performance. It is widely applied to the packaging of such industries as foods, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, seeds, etc., for example, various blocky, deformed, non-viscous, loose particle materials, including TCM decoction pieces, medlar, prawn slices, candy, tea, rice crust, etc. The materials are placed into the chain-driven hopper for the manual weighing. The machine can automatically complete bag-making, sealing, discharging, cutting, cursor tracking, counting, air inflating or air deflating, etc., and can display and monitor the touch screen on packaging speed, counting, etc. Moreover, it can be equipped with a coding equipment, such as ribbon coding machine, ink roll coding machine, heat transfer printing coding machine and ink-jet printer.
Packaging materials
There are various heat-sealable composite packaging materials, such as paper/polyethylene, cellophane/polyethylene, polyester/polyethylene, BOPP film, tea filter paper, etc. Its packaging material is coiled material with the outer diameter of no more than 300mm, its framework having the diameter of 75mm. If the packaging material needs to print the positioning pattern, it needs to print the positioning cursor on the packaging material. The cursor has a length of 5-8mm and a width of 5mm. The ink must be even. There is relatively-big contrast between color and base paper. The bigger the contrast is, the more reliable it is. Upon designing the cursor, the cursor should not design color, pattern or letters beyond that of the base paper within the range of the cursor belt against misoperation. Prior to selecting the packaging materials, the user must firstly determine the volume of the packaged object. According to the volume of the packaged object, determine the width of the packaging material and the distance between the cursors (bag-making length). After determining the bag-making size, design the printing patterns of the packaging materials. Thickness of the packaging material 0.03-0.1mm
